I tell myself to just do it and get it over with too. But in the event I don't listen to myself, I really try to get moving in the house with some cleaning. I also try to really pay attention to my intake on those days too. Because my only real exercise is walking, rainy days are hard for me.

The motivation for me was moving to a country where I am as big as their Sumo wrestlers. Not cool. And since I am in a lady of smaller people everything they make is for their size. Yikes! I feel like a bull in a china closet. And their grocery isles are so narrow! I take up almost a whole isle!

The best thing is being able to use my body to do stuff "regular" people can do. Roller coasters, sitting in plastic lawn chairs, skiing, bicycling, ice skating, diving, are all NOT fat friendly. I also look forward to fitting into an airplane seat without problems. The flight to Japan from Virginia was really awful!

Do what you are doing for you. You can have what they are eating in moderation on occasion. For me, cutting foods out all together just sets me up for failure. Aside from skinny friends that shop in different sections, does anyone have a friend that loads up her cart (TJ MAXX) just to get to the checkout and say, "I don't want these items." Easier said then done, don't look at the scale. Do your clothes fit any different? Do you feel healthier, more energy or more fit? I think most of us have had moments like this. We work so hard and think if we do certain things then we will get specific rewards. It's frustrating but don't give up- that won't help either.

My only suggestion is if you get foreign characters, ie Chinese/Japanese/Korean symbols, make sure the artist is drawing them properly. I have seen some people get them done wrong and it means something completely different from what they wanted.

Cruel, cruel world. My gym has cable tv's in front of the machines. It's funny to watch people working out and watch the food channels. I can't do it. I would want to go home and cook fatback and lard biscuits with gravy. No thanks. I listen to music.

My boobs go. After pregnancy many years ago the skin on my boobs got thin. Weird. Anyway, my boobs are the saddest part about losing weight. However, a great bra helps!
