Calorie deficit=weight loss Exercise=fitness If you weren't losing weight, there was a miscalculation somewhere. (inaccurate logging, overestimating exercise calories etc.)

Considering nobody here knows the full extent of your recovery process/history, I suggest continue working with your recovery team. (especially if recovery is a new thing for you)

There are missing puzzle pieces. Weight loss really is a math equation and if you aren't losing, there truly is a miscalculation somewhere. It is possible that upping your calories and starting new exercises can mask a loss temporarily, but it really comes down to a deficit.

You are not dumb. It is evident that you are ready for a change in your life, so start making some small changes. It is apparent that you are able to work extremely hard, so try to redirect that work ethic in the other direction. If you feel you cannot do it on your own, reach out for some additional help from others.…

While it might be a good idea to have a chat with a professional in your area, you can take a look at these threads as a starting point. (There is a lot of information, it will take you awhile, but it is worth it.) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/833026-important-posts-to-read…

Allow yourself to grieve. It is ok to feel and experience a wide range of emotions that could change moment to moment and there is no time stamp on when things will begin to feel 'normal' again. Just do your best everyday.

Are you currently providing direct service to people dealing with mental health issues?

What you are asking is a dangerous approach and you should (a) read all of the stickies provided for newbies or (b) stop trolling.

Calorie deficit=weight loss Exercise=fitness This can be done without pills.

There are no quick fixes. Set reasonable goals.

OP: Weight fluctuation is a normal process (which you probably already know) and that may be the reason why they don't want you to have a scale in the house. If it is possible, maybe try to write some of your thoughts down so you can take to your therapist on Friday? Maybe try some of the tools you have learned in handling…

Yes. And so is trying to burn 800 calories per day to lose eight pounds for a concert in three weeks. (your other thread) You are setting yourself up for failure. Set reasonable goals.
