If you are having trouble losing weight, you do not have a calorie deficit. You can lose weight eating any type of foods, but overall nutrition is another story. The only reason you should cut back or eliminate items would be if there was a medical reason for doing so. Accurate logging (and weighing everything) will help…

I think the fit of the shoe is more important than specific socks. I suggest getting properly fitted for shoes that address your specific needs.

If your goal is to lose weight, a calorie deficit is all you need to accomplish that goal. (this can be done with all types of foods) Unless you have a medical condition, there is no need to eliminate items. Enjoy your eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Relax. You asked a question and you received answers. (even if you don't like what people have to say) If you are not losing weight, there is a miscalculation somewhere and you have not found a calorie deficit.
