Okay, so I believe I have binge eating disorder. I had my first binge back in March when I was eating 500 or less calories a day. I knew this was wrong and I had constipation so I upped my calories to 1200. But I still had these binge episodes. Where I would eat 2,500 to 3,000 calories each day once a week to one every two weeks. Now, I'm fine with my weight and I just want to maintain, but I still have binges. Today everything I've logged for breakfast and lunch was what I ate in a half an hour of waking up. All of it is pretty much unhealthy and it's about 800 calories. I know today if I just eat dinner I'll have a normal amount of calories, but I really want this binging to end. What do I do?
