I'm 5'7 28 years old medium frame- inverted v shape so i have thinner legs/butt with broader shoulders and hold my weight in the arms, chest and stomach currently 145 goal of 130-135

i think it's completely silly and usually delete people who log stuff like that because I don't take them seriously. doesn't everyone do that stuff everyday? I've been cleaning, etc. most of my life and still gained weight and never considered it exercise before so why would I call it exercise now?

i get so embarrassed! I know people are being nice and honestly I appreciate it and like it later when I go home, but in the moment I get so awkward and don't know what to say. i always save calories for after dinner. i like to eat a bowl of cereal (usually special k or raisin bran) or some kind of low calorie ice cream treat (i.e. fudgscicle 60 calories) in bed so i just plan ahead for it and usually log my snack and dinner at the same time so i don't go over

I think it is great for some weight moves and yoga exercises, but not good for cardio. It has some running/step aerobics exercises, but I don't think those are worth it. If you are just getting started exercising I think it's great to get, but if you exercise a lot then no. I haven't bought many games for it though so…

bump 5'7 and currently 147 here and we have almost the exact same measurements (though you look much smaller than i think i do!). My goal is 130-135 which I don't think is too small especially if you're toned.
