I used to smoke and now that I don't I have noticied I can run a lot longer than before, but I think its also a mental thing. Running takes a lot of mental strength anyways and I feel like when I smoked I just was expecting not to be able to run that fast/far so I didn't, but now that I don't smoke I think I can run faster…

I have a kuerig that makes individual cups so i drink 2-3 of those in the a.m. and around 1-3 8oz. cups of green tea in the afternoon/evening.

I get really hungry in the afternoons around 3-4 at work. I usually have something with natural peanut butter- like a whole wheat tortilla that I put peanut butter on and roll up or celery and peanut butter. Holds me off until dinner!

hii welcome! i used mfp awhile ago and lost a good amount of weight, but i didn't interact/have any friends. this time i'm doing it with friends/being more active in the forums and its been helping keep up my motivation/accountability a ton!
