it was not photoshopped. i got a professional photo shoot done with my finacee as part of a weight loss transformation prize.

I have the most energy i have ever had. I started going for walks in the beignin and now i am running on the treadmill or doing 45 minutes on the eliptical i am doing it to get healthy and li ve the life i have dreamt of.. i think it took me about 3 weeks to get used to working out.. and now i am addicted i need to go!!!!…

went to the dr last night... he did my weight for me... confirmed that by his records i have lost 81 pounds since end of December..he was so happy for me... he even hugged me... lol it was great
