I was wondering if you're doing it cold turkey? I don't think I could have ever quit without the chantix. All I can say is stock up on a lot of sugar free gum and stay busy!:flowerforyou:

I use apple cider vinegar instead of dressing...its delicious!:flowerforyou:

Use it just like ground beef! It's just as good if not better....I'm a vegetarian but I have a weakness for turkey burgers.:flowerforyou:

I find with myself once I have sweets I don't stop...therefore I avoid sugar at all costs. It's hard at first but you get use to it. Try high protein sweets like reduced fat peanut butter...it's not as bad because the protein keeps you feeling full....just obviously don't go nuts. 1 tbs with an apple is an awesome…

Uhm this makes no sense to me. When I was buying meat for us *my boyfriend and I* before we went veg our grocery bill would average at $110 to $120. Now that we have both gone veg *on our way to being vegan* our grocery bill is about $80 to $90. The only thing that has changed about what we buy is that instead of meat we…

I've found that the larger the bottle the more I drink. I use a litter size bottle and make sure to take a few big gulps every time not a few sips

Not to put a damper on things but don't forget to take into account that water weight can account for up to 2lbs...stick to it regardless...I and many other on here are living proof that it works!

I wouldn't worry about your protein consumption too much considering your work out. Maybe try and lay off it a little during the day but don't sweat it too much

No need to peel....all the vitamins are in the skin!

Protein after working out is VERY important. I think it depends on the extent of your work other weather you really need to worry about your protein intake. When I was working out for 2+ hours a day I needed all the protein I could get and then some. Are you lifting weights or just cardio? Theres a lot of factors that go…

You need to consider food as fuel ...so in the case of more exercise you are burning more fuel and therefore need to fill up the tank per say.... simply put the more you work out the more you need to eat but be careful with choices. Your best bet is a high protein meal after a work out...like a can of tuna skip the mayo

Buy produce thats in season! If you can find a local farms market they are much cheaper then the grocery store. Also I often by the reduced price meat. It's fine as long as you cook in that night or the next.

Theres always the salads! Some of them are outragous but theres a few that sound good and aren't too bad for ya! Also they seem to have a lot of "weight management" items that are still kinda high but not too bad as long as you ate well the rest of the day! Just make sure you get water and drink a lot of it! Good…
