oOo!!! Another raw foodie!! How exciting!! I was raw until I got pregnant last summer around this time and was a bit nervous I wouldn't get enough protein for my baby so I started to eat meat as well. He is now 3 months old and healthy and thriving so I am going back to bring raw! It is the greatest thing I have ever done…

I found it in the database is there a way to add it to my food diary? Also wondering about working out and breast feeding. I do pretty strenuous weight training and 25 to 30 minutes of cardio. I usually eat all the calories that myfitnesspal gives me for working out.

Hey! New here! I have a 3 month old who I am breast feeding and trying to lose weight. I was wondering if any of you had insight on this. My midwife told me that because I am overweight I don't need to worry about my calorie intake as far as breast feeding goes. She said that my body will just pull the calories from stored…

Thank you guys ...I suppose this was all common sense really just trying to see what other people have to say...I do about 90 minutes at the gym 5 days a week so I'm hoping that along with eating like a rabbit today will do the trick

I found this killer website last night: http://www.veganyumyum.com/ Yes I know there are a million websites out there but honestly I've look at A LOT of them! Seriously spend hours meal planning each week. As far as this whole fake meat thing goes I think its alright because I am doing it in moderation I mean I usually cut…

Oh goodness I hope they put this at my college soon! I'm tired of eating the granola cause it's the only thing semi healthy there vending machines offer.:flowerforyou:
-
I agree with the everything is bad for you thing....as far as nutrition goes I stay away from the obvious bad stuff but with these I thought it was much different because its chemicals coming from the packaging not from the food...so esentially the food is pretty good for you just not what they put it in.:flowerforyou:
-
Yea I'm really glad we switched to the stove top kind purely because its cheaper
-
I'd steam it, mash it and put just a hint of brown sugar and cinnamon...maybe some nutmeg too!:flowerforyou:
