I should add I do spin three days a week and interval training the other two days, and weights three days a week. But I have never eaten all my exercie calories. I am supposed to eat 1530 and I usually eat about 1600 to 1700 even though the dr wanted me to stay at 1500.

I should add I teach classes to a group. I am wondering that too but it is so hard to get into my head eat more lose. I have been eating more good stuff like greek yogurt etc. But today I am starving. I have never hit a net of 1530

I only drink water usually ten glasses or so. Not sure I can drink more than that but I could try for 12. I just hate it takes so long for it to come back off a whole week to get back to where I was before tom
