MFP has me on 1510 daily I workout 5 days a week teaching spin, doing kickboxing, running, and the arc trainer. I wear a hrm and make sure I work in my aerobic zone too.bI do weights four days a week. I think I am going back to trying to eat less again. This has been frustrating with gain lose gain.

Thanks! I know muscle and fat weight the same, but muscle is mroe dense. I realized that perhaps this is not a plateau at all but the last week the gain is getting less. I kept going to 204 and staying there for weeks and go to 199. Now I went to 199.7 and only went back up to 202.8. Now back to 201. So the gain is less. I…

great post, so I have not lost pounds since may 21st have acutually bounced back and forth from the same pounds, but I am losing inches so I guess it is not a plateau.

Yes I lift weights, changed my workouts, done everything and the same pounds back and forth over and over. i am trying to stay postive though. I am now eating more and cycling calories, going to see how that works. It is frustrating.

I am diabetic I should say. But I have been chasing the same 4 pounds for months they leave and come back. I can not seem to find the right balance. Trying to decide on the right level of carbs.

Thanks I do not buy a lot of processed stuff anymore or drink juice, do eat fruit and peanut butter though. So I am goign to try to eat natural sugars and less processed. So eating whole grain carbs are good though right?

Yes I eat plent of protein like 120 grams a day. I feel great since i started sleeping at least 7 hours. But I teach spin so I have to do that. But I noticed that I do have to push myself more to get my heart rate going.

yes I tried that too. That is the excat calories mfp has me set at. my doctor told me to eat 1500 no matter what. So I have no idea what to try next. I do workout 5 to 6 days a week. Spin three day,w eights three days and various cardio. Each seesion is about 70 minutes.

I grow veggies in a container garden to the seeds were cheap and the cootainers were what I had around the house! I read sale ads and buy in season produce and buy frozen on sale. Sam's helps a lot too.

I have never eaten over 1600 calories but once or twice. MFP says my bmr is 1616 though, I do exercise 5 days a week about 70 minutes and do strength too. I wonder if I am undereating? My daily goal is 1500

In looking at your diary, I see a lot of processed foods. A lot of sodium and sugar, not much water or fruits and veggies.
