  • Well alcohol contains calories just like any other food so yes. I work mine into my calorie allowance and try not to go overboard - the resulting hangover is what usually leads to binge eating!
  • i love body pump! i take it on a saturday morning and it really starts the weekend in a positive way :) i've heard so many stories from women saying that Body Pump is the only thing that changed their body shape - in a good way! i also take body combat which is awesome but exhausting!
