all of the above! i find it helpful to have a stock of low cal treats - 10 calorie jello pots, fat free marshmallows at 5 cal per sweet, and flavoured popcorn at around 100 cals per big bag. that way you can have a snack, get your sweet fix and not totally ruin your day! :) Xxxx

Hello all :D I'm 5ft8" and currently roughly 147lb... i'm looking to get down to 140 initially and anything under that will be a bonus! I started at around 158 so have already lost some... please add me, i need more motivation!! xx

there is a difference of 2 sizes between USA and UK so USA size 14 is UK 18 etc I am 5ft8, 145lbs and a size 12 UK.

i do a lot of low carbing - scrambled eggs with bacon egg mayo with smoked salmon salad w tuna/chicken/any protein sausages w gravy and veg grilled/fried chicken breast w roast veg + sweet potato cauliflower cheese nutroast w gravy & veg omlettes w ham & mushroom loads of things! and a bit of fro yo for dessert :)

oh em gee same here! I have been excercising 4-5 times a week since january and STILL the back fat remains :( oh well it will go eventually i'm sure....

i manage 1200 just fine most days unless i have a binge which can take me up to 3000 tops :S the first step is to look at what you currently eat and try and find lower calorie alternatives such as low fat cheese, wholemeal bread, etc - this should drop your calorie intake quite a bit without depriving you. i bought a cute dress 2 years ago and it was pretty tight even at the time, and i was a lot slimmer then! today i tried it on and it fits :) even nicer than when i bought it. that made me feel gooooooooooooooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i also have crazy flat feet and a bunion because of the fallen arches (ew i know). i bought some nike i.d free run shoes and they feel like i am running barefoot which has really helped. but i still find that if i run for a long time i get really bad shin splints, and that certain yoga poses are damn near impossible as it…

i can binge on pretty much anything - usually make a HUGE vat of tuna mayo pasta and eat it straight from the pan :S haha!! at uni i used to go to the supermarket, buy anything and everything i wanted, take it home, get into bed with it all and polish it all off in one sitting! how embarassing :S
