Thanks guys that all sounds great! I'm not heavy lifting but doing body weight stuff and using small (though fairly big for me haha) weights mixed with cardio and noticing muscles for the first time in my life!

Im 5 foot 3 and 140, cant wait to get into the 130s and even more so into the 120s!

I say im curvy cos i have a 10 inch difference between my waist and hips, curvy means you go in and out and that can be true of smaller girls and bigger girls, a lot of people say curvy when they mean overweight or say that slim girls cant be curvy though and it bugs me.

i love 30ds, doing it daily but alternating levels so i dont get as sore doing exactly the same exercises everyday, keeps things interesting too =D

These are so funny! I get "wow you're ten stone? I never guessed you weighed that much" ALL the time! Yes I "carry it pretty well", that doesn't mean I shouldn't want to lose some fat, gain some muscle and be a healthier weight for my height!

I am putting complete faith in Jillian Michaels to get me abs! Eating more but better is the key, I eat chocolate most days though haha =) small treats are good!

i have quite prominant cheekbones anyway, when i was 9 1/2 stone last year people said i looked gaunt even though that was within my healthy weight range (8 stone-10 stone), aiming for 9 stone this time and hoping i look ok, i still had loads of bits of my body i was unhappy with at 9 1/2 though my face was very thin.…

If I get up early (6am-7am) I feel rubbish at first but wide awake for the rest of the day whereas if I sleep in a bit I feel groggy for the rest of the day, probably oversleeping and prefer how I feel when I get up early, sometimes it's too hard if you don't have to though!

Haha i love chocolate and have at least a taste everday! Only thing i can think of is add healthy but calorific things like nuts?!

I don't know what to suggest hun cos you're eating 3 really healthy meals a day and netting 1300-2000 on average, I think just stick with it and keep working out and you'll see results :)

Hey hun! According to f2f as lightly active you should aim for 1864 and not eat back your exercise calories. It's tricky knowing what activity bracket you fit into, I use sedentary and eat back exercise cals but I have a desk job. If you did it that way you'd eat 1627 and then eat 300 more calories on the days you work…

33.6% on the military, the others are about 10% less so I'm using the military as worst case scenario and just sticking to that one to compare :)
