thanks for your input ladies, the ones i'm using are really light (0.5kg/less than 2lbs) & think i might be ready for a challenge so i'll bump up to 1kg. howeverrrrr i'm doing level 3 tonight so might wait til tomorrow :/

i put 30ds as 20 mins of circuit training, i know its slightly longer than 20 mins in practice but jillian says its 20 mins so many times throughout the dvd i feel itll be cheating putting more & i know im not overestimating if i put 20.

I love (from 30ds) ~ I can always use a good chest fly in my life! I've got 400lbs people who can do jumping jacks, so can you! Can't we just do bicep curls? NO YOU CANNOT. I always talk along with her & my bloke laughs at me haha. x

I lost 2 stone (28lbs) eating at 1000 calories a day last year, I've kept it off but it was hard & probably not the healthiest way to go about it! I think going slightly higher with calorie intake & doing some exercise is definitely the way to go.:)

I hate squat thrusts more than anything, anything else seems bearable in comparison though I'm not a huge fan of any of the resistance jump stuff in level 3! I actually like chair squats with a v raise, not sure why they've got such a bad rep in this thread haha. Used to hate pushups because I couldn't do one & had to do…
