What a rude person who sparked the debate! Yes you can probably find flaws with her body if you look hard enough, but she's a healthy weight, beautiful and confident and that's a million times more attractive than your average model.

I've read that with running you're not meant to try and increase speed and distance at the same time as pushing yourself too hard could lead to injury. As you're already focusing on increasing your distance with C25K I'd say just focus on getting through the run and work on speed after you're done with it. With C25K…

Telling them they're doing great when they are, telling them that tomorrow's a new day and to keep going if they've not done so great! My friends put things in perspective for me and make me see that the little things aren't as big a deal as I make them seem and remind me how far I've come.

That does help, thankyou! Yeah I know I'm never gonna get it an even colour all over, my problem at the moment is that the ends are much darker than the roots. I am gonna put another dye on top (I have it red, want it a lighter/brighter red) but it's probably a good idea to wait inbetween bleaching and dying.
