  • Could not agree more. I need the back story. I need to know that they have been through what I have been through. Someone 20yrs younger who has always been an athlete is not going to motivate me.
  • Steel cut oats with a little vanilla almond milk (unsweetened). I make 2 cups of oats in 6 cups water - refrigerate leftovers and portion out a cup every morning and microwave. My kids love it too.
  • Half and half and splenda. It is one splurge that is worth every gram of fat.
