Find a picture of what you'd like to look like physically and post it in a prominent place where you'll see it often. When you feel lazy, just look at it and think of what you need to do to get there. Also, think of how amazing you feel after a workout. Good luck!

I just recently tried to look for workouts, but they were hard to find. I couldn't find a category by browsing, so I did a search for workouts. I will search for the specific ones mentioned, but what is the category, and how do you get to it? Thanks!

I'm 6'. Size 10-11 shoes, size 14 clothes, and my hips have always been ready for child-bearing...everyone always acts surprised when I tell them my actual weight, and i was the heaviest starting weight in our biggest loser contest, despite looking thinner than some. But it is great to be tall!

God, so true. Someone in the biggest loser contest I am in said she doesn't have the time to work out like the rest of us. Well, the rest of us have full-time jobs, some two, and some have kids to care for, as well. Puhleese.

I was doing Zumba classes for a while, and would love to get back to it. It is so much fun and you feel sexy while doing it (although there were plenty of times when I felt uncoordinated with the moves, but the key was to just keep going!). But at the same time, it is no joke, and I believe it when they say you burn a ton…

You are able to transfer money from criminals accounts and not get caught, but somebody else transfers the money out of your account and does not get caught. I wish everything on our money pit of a house could be done, including the stink bugs being gone!

Within 2 weeks, I lost 8 lbs. I am in a Biggest Loser contest, so maybe in some ways I have gone a little too quickly, but now at 3 weeks, I'm already fitting into clothes that haven't fit for a year!

Well, twice people made comments thinking that I was pregnant...another one was when I went into Macy's and asked where the dress section was, and the woman looked at me and said, "Women's sizes are upstairs." I wanted to go say something to a manager, but it was too humiliating.
