  • Well I'm a beginner so I'm going to start off with 25 squats..But if you really looked at the schedule for every day you rest you add between 10/20 and when you rest on the 24th day.. the next day you add 30 additonal squarts...That is a lot of squats...Lol~ But most definitely Good Luck to All!!~!~!
