I would stay clear of any pills they are not good for you. As for knee injury, u can still do many exercises that are no impact on them such as working your biceps, triceps, back, shoulders and abs. With eating right and trying to get some exercising in will be all you need :) U can do this girl!

I have tried all but the bbv and the slim fasts are good maybe getting the powder so you can blend it into a smoothie like the shakeology. shakeology is nasty and super expensive as well, being $4 per serving. i here ppl say it is great buy putting almond milk, bananas, or pb in it but then that brings the cost up even…

thanks all. the frozen was about 3.30 a bag for just 12oz and most here or at a farmers market are less than that and I can cut them smaller like suggested to blend better :)

I will be starting it soon and plan on just using my hrm and seeing how much i burn and just eat that much more than my 1200 mfp says to eat.

ty all :) I love spinach and don't need to add it in a smoothie. I eat spinach instead of lettuce for my salads and love cooked spinach as well. but kale might be one to add to one :)

from searching the net it says rice expands 3times its size so i would think 1/4 cup uncooked would be 3/4 cup cooked.

1.5 cups dry is 6 servings. as there are 6 1/4 cups in 1.5cups. so it all has 6x155+930 total

yes labels get very confusing. i like the one i have and it is still a low calorie/low fat meat :)

You should eat them all back if you are exercising a bunch as your body needs the fuel. It depends on what your calorie intake is to begin with as well.
