I have been interested in the Couch to 5K program as well. I find that my body responds best when I alternate between a "wogg" (walk/jogg) and Turbo Jam 5 days per week. So, I just have to brag for a few minutes! I did my regular 2.7 miles last night, but I cut my time down by 10 minutes!!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: On Sunday I did the same route in 40 minutes, but last night I decided to push myself and "wogg" it and I did it in 30 minutes!!! WooooooHooooo!!!

I love Fat Blaster, that is what I started out doing. Just be prepared to break a sweat though. I have tried the CP3, but quickly found that I'm not coordinated enough for that yet. So, I bumped down to CP2 and I seem to be having a much easier time with that one. Right now I alternate nights between CP2 and Fat Blaster/3T.
