  • Can I join in still? I have been off of myfitness pal for a while and unfortunately gained all of my 10 lbs back! My name is Carrie and I weigh 188.4 at 5'10". I have 3 kids and my favorite food is sweets....hence the stomach fat that I have! But, I'm motivated to lose start getting healthier and making better choices!

  • I don't pay that much attention to the Wii fit scale because I usually work out in the late evenings (after I've already eaten). I figure since I started with using my regular scale, I will just stick to that. On that one I weight first thing in the am :blushing: !

  • I always seem to go way over on my sugars too because of fruit. :ohwell: I am a fruit fanatic!! I have heard on other posts that even fruit sugars are bad for you. But, I look at it this way....at least fruit is a healthier choice than having some candy!
