i agree 5 lbs is great if youve only been doing this a few weeks! I however didnt loose any weight for like 3 weeks, I started eating back my excerise cals and on my cardio doing 1 min as hard as I could go, then 1 min to get my heart rate down...back and forth like that for 30 min...whichever it was, i started loosing…

The other day I grilled my chicken and when it was done cut at slit at the top and stuffed some laughing cow japaleno cheese in it, my husband thought it was great.

I went to the doc bc i started having panic attacks...i got on the scale and saw i was heavier now then i was at 9 months pregnant...anyhow she didnt put me on meds more discussed loosing weight...after i left the second dr appt...i cried in my car...my aha moment...i wont feel better until i loose weight...i said im gonna…

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.....trust me... i weigh alot...and im on level 3 of 30 day shred... ive actually been doing it for 7 weeks now instead of 4... just started 3rd level..if i can do it anyone can... just stick with it and dont give up!

does your grass need mowed? you burn lots of calories doing that! im so sorry. stay strong, distract yourself, go do something to get your mind off it!
