  • Today at work we were talking about ways to eat cottage cheese. I read through the posts and didn't find this way which I have not tried yet. Mix oregano and grated lowfat parmesan cheese with the cottage cheese. I prefer my cottage cheese plain, but am thinking of trying it with oregano. Sounds really interesting.
  • Remember, not all weight loss shows up on the scale. Record your body measurements today and 4 weeks later take those measurements again. I'm sure you'll have results, just keep with it.
