Hi, I am just 5'2" and have the same goal. I feel so thin at 120 lbs, and just a little too round at 140- I like to think I have a height problem instead of a weight problem, HaHa! This app helps so much - I've lost a few lbs already in just 1 week!

I just got the Nutri Bullet- it works great for smoothies. I like to use spinach &/or kale, chard & green apples & blueberries to sweeten it a little & sometimes also put in some protein powder. I've never been to good about eating those kinds of veggies & drinking them in a smoothie is way easy!
