You cant gain weight on 1200 per day. You had to eat in excess of what you 'need' to gain weight. 1200 is nowwhere near that.

Well I can tell you, the colder it is, the less you'll notice the difference. I can't drink any milk but skim now - I'd nover go back to even 1%

Two words I can think of: Quadratis Lumbartis. Big muscles on each side of the mid back. When they are over tensed they will pull to the point of tugging a disc out of place (at least temporarily). You may just have to gut through the pain for now. But regular yoga is a good preventative.

I would say eat the biggest salad you can get your hands on and hour before you go out. Then whatever you still feel like eating or drinking, then go for it. Technically, you're not denying yourself anything then ;)

Well, based on what you just said, I won't recommend what I was going to.....ok, I will: A can of Albacore Tuna in water (water included) with a 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal in a bowl. Throw in a few baby carrots....... Probably won't appeal to you (sorry), but its nutrient dense and filling. And I guarantee you've never had it…

I'm sure you know the old saying: "abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym"....... I've always heard (for guys at least) that abs REALLY start showing around 8% bodyfat. Thats pretty low to maintain. And not sure what the number would be for women. But hey, if you have a faint outline, you have more than I do! More…

If burning fat is the goal, you are MUCH better off NOT eating at all before your run. A first-thing-in-the-morning, no food but a cup of coffee is the optimum environment for a cardio workout. Its a very effective setup for fat burning.

Its not to avoid callouses, but get a better grip. Deadlifting a couple hundred pounds, unless your grip is phenominal that bar wants out of your hands. I even have gloves with hooks built into the palms to help with that. NOW....if you see a guy wearing them and he's not weightlifting, THEN its a fashion thing ;)

You'll definitely get more energy, particularly if you can get them in powder capsule form. But for sure get at least 50 mg. capsules and take a couple after a meal. You'll also have pee the color of yellow highlighter ;)

That's the rule of thumb I always went by: 1/2 a pizza for women, a whole pizza for men..... Seriously, your's is the attitude that wins long term.

I definitely think you should eat them back. Most people here agree. Its tempting not to, becuase you think you'll be 'ahead of the game', but for me that means I'm hungrier and more apt to overeat later.
