I don't have any sutures at this time. the last surgery was in Jan 2013 but I do have internal sutures trying to work their way out. I have avoided the pool and the hot tub any time I have an opening on my back, I hope soon that will all be part of my past. i really need help with weights but in a slow safe way,

HurricaneElai... I so understand the being scared after you lost the weight. I do the same thing. As soon as I get my weight down where people start to notice and make comments it brings back nightmares and anxiety and I start eating. When I eat well and exercise I deal so much better with my depression, PTSD, past abuse. you have to eat to lose ... chose good calories .. lots of veggies and lean meats and start walking. Any activity will start taking your metabolism up. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. If you have a hospice in town close to you they should have couseling for free. The hospice I work for offers counseling to anyone who has had a loss..
