Make sure you add lost of veggie and fruits in your diet as well as 100% whole grain breads. And even adding extra fiber to your diet with a suppliment is a good thing too. And also one of my favs is a superfood called Chia seed. Great fiber and super nutritious. www.facebook.com/coachtammym

I think the trick to it is an eating lifestyle. I learned through my FB team that how I was eating was not as healthy as I thought. Well, the only way you can fail is if you give up....so get that out of your vocabulary. And with that kind of temptation in the house, honestly, you may be setting yourself up for a letdown. No reason to be shy about anything. Just go in, smile, and take a spot. Relax, workout, and have a good time. Before you know it you won't give it a second thought and will probably have made a few "like-minded" workout friends. Life begins one step beyond your comfort zone.
