Also a vegetarian here. I struggle with the same issue. Without supplements, I usually can get up to 80g of protein eating lentil, black beans, quinoa, broccoli, eggs, edamame, and Greek yogurt. To push higher, I have to add a supplement. p.s. I'm a non-fish eating vegetarian

Thanks for posting this. I aim to be healthy period and don't aim to be like someone on a magazine or television. Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes. In my weight loss journey, I use a picture of myself at my healthiest as my inspiration because that's the person I aim to be again.

36D here; Moving Comfort Maia is my sport bar of choice. Really comfortable and little movement. Worth every penny.

I've been a vegetarian for 13 years. Growing up I used to always push the meat aside on my plate or had to use ton of sauce to hide the flavor. I just really never liked it, so when I decided to become vegetarian, I didn't look back and I don't miss it. I couldn't be vegan though because I love cheese and Greek yogurt too…

Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a half cup of mixed berries. I let the berries thaw for thirty minutes before mixing together. The best part of my dinner.
