I started out at 356 last April and currently I weigh 270. I have 115 pounds left to lose, but I have lost 85.

My calorie allowance is 1480 a day. I also eat more than that; I usally eat about 1700 or more a day. I also have to exercise so I can eat normally. My weight is 270, down from 356. I have 115 pounds left to lose. I exercise at least 30 to 40 minutes a day (more if I can).

I have lost 85 pounds and have 115 to go. I can't see a difference in the mirror either, but I can see a difference in your pictures. Amazing job on losing 100 pounds. That is my next goal... to get to 100 pounds lost. Keep up the great work.

I started this process at 356 in March. Now I am at 280. I also have worked myself up to walking a mile a day. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in 2013 and start the gym two or three days a week.

I feel very safe in my town. I usually walk between 11pm and 2am at night. I never worry about someone hurting me. Lexington, SC
