Love Kombucha :) Would drink it everyday if it wasn't so expensive. I like to drink it when I want a fizzy type drink. I use it as my "soda".

Banana Pancakes 1 Banana 2 Beaten eggs cinnamon (optional) Smash the banana, add cinnamon , then add beaten eggs. Mix well. Fry like you would regular pancakes, but do in small batches. You can also add 2 Tablespoons of almond butter for more protein if you want. With fruit and bacon this is a pretty filling meal.

You're going to love this store! I've been there three times since it opened. The only problems are that the parking is tight and its very crowded.

Kerrygold butter, at a price cheaper than the grocery store. Good cheese selection at a good price. Spices. 73% dark chocolate with almonds. Diner Mac and Cheese for my boyfriend.

Ditto the Fage Total. 2% Fage is OK in a pinch (there is only one store that carries Fage Total in my area).

I like it right off the spoon :) I also use it to make almond banana pancakes: 2 eggs Banana 2 T Almond Butter Cinnamon (optional) Beat eggs. Mash banana. Add eggs and banana to almond butter, mix well. Fry in pan like you would pancakes. Yum!

Full-fat Fage Greek yogurt. In general full-fat Greek yogurt of any kind is hard to find, there are only two stores in my area that carry it.

I drink my coffee black, on rare occasions with cream or half and half. I drink my tea plain.

My boyfriend is awesome. I gained over 100 pounds since I met him and he never made me feel awful about it. Even when I was at my heaviest he would tell me everyday "I love you". Now that I am thinner than when I met him, he tells me all the time how he is so proud of me. He brags to his co-workers about my weight loss :)

I'm donating blood in June, I will be bringing almonds or dark chocolate.

IMO your total cholesterol and LDL numbers are good. I take fish oil and my HDL went from 35 to 50. Again IMO, to lower your triglycerides, try reducing your carb intake. My last blood results in January showed my triglycerides at 37. Hope this helps :)

I like Trader Joe's 73% w/almonds (they also have w/o almonds). Its organic and awesome also! For the most part I try to eat 80% and above (less sugar). Supermarket brands I recommend are Green and Blacks and Lindt

I eat mostly 2 meals a day. On occasion I will eat 1 or 3. Never more than that, I try not to snack, but it works for me.

I love dark chocolate!! I like different brands (70% cocoa and above), but my fave is Trader Joe's 73% w/almonds. Theo brand makes dark chocolates w/ coconut, cherries, almonds, or mint. Another good brand is Fearless. Lindt or Green and Blacks are good supermarket brands. Let me stop now I want chocolate...lol
