It took me 6 years to lose this weight. What keeps me motivated is never getting back to where I started. You can do this!

I've been dieting for almost my whole teen/adult life, but I remember weighing 145 about 30 years ago. My highest weight was 6 years ago at 329 :( I'm now the smallest I've ever been, and its sometimes unreal that I'm in the 120's when I step on the scale!

1) When people call me small (I was never this small even in high school!) 2) Finding clothes that fit (except in length, can't change my height...lol) 3) Being able to stand and walk for extended periods of time ( I work 2 retail jobs)

SW: 329.4 :/ CW: 121.8-123.6 GW: 119

After fine tuning my diet to lower my carbs (no potatoes, no rice, limited alcohol, no treats such as ice cream), I have lost 23 pounds since August. Only 10 more to go to be at a normal BMI.

I did the baking in the oven method, and it worked well for me. Here's the link: http://www.familyfreshmeals.com/2012/11/how-to-make-perfect-hard-boiled-eggs-in-the-oven.html

Tulsi green tea that we picked up in a Indian grocery store. It has a cinnamon, woodsy type flavor. Pretty yummy!

Blendtec. Worth every penny. Had cheap blenders before and they wouldn't even last a year :( I have this one also for a couple years now, not bad for the price.

Coconut , olive, butter and ghee. It depends on what I'm cooking. I also have tallow for deep frying, which I rarely do.

On Sunday I had a Venti Caramel Brulee Latte from Starbucks because it was buy one get one free. I don't mind 530 calories if it is worth it. I usually don't get sweet coffee drinks so I was disappointed because this had an awful chemical after taste yuck!

My favorite is plain Fage full-fat. The 2% is good also and easy to find, even Walmart sells it at a good price. I like to mix it with berries or honey and nuts or cacao nibs. I can eat it everyday! I've also tried Krinos that I got at a Greek store and it was good also.

Ok so I just started last week and I do 20lbs squat, overhead press, and deadlift, using a weighted barbell doing 5 x 5. Once I can do 40lbs safely I want to move over to the squat rack. I've tried using the squat rack and the bar is too heavy for me to lift.

Coconut aminos. I personally wouldn't use liquid aminos because it is made out of soybeans, but Bragg's is a good company.

Focus on diet while you are recovering. I lost most of my weight without exercise.

I like to eat these http://www.hailmerry.com/miracle-tarts/chocolate-miracle-tart-1.html when I get a chocolate that's not candy craving. Decent ingredients and is very yummy!
-
I agree. I am a 34H and the 34G fits me well and holds the girls in place  I wore it as an everyday bra before I started exercising again. Nordstrom had it on sale for around $42.00

Well I did the kettlebell class and I loved it! Sooo much more fun than walking on a treadmill and IMO helps with the toning. I also liked the fact that the instructor helped me get the proper form.
-
Band size has gone done a lot, but my cup size is the same
-
Hi guys I have a question about the kettlebell workout. I plan on going to my first kettlebell class tonight at the gym, and it lasts an hour. Would I be getting a decent cardio workout? I would love to just do the class and skip the treadmill  Thanks!

I make mine with banana, egg and cinnamon. I used to add almond butter but found I really didn't need it. I make them all the time when I am off from work....yum!

1. Greek yogurt 2. Blueberries 3. Nuts (usually Brazil, almonds, or walnuts) 4. Pastured Eggs 5. Broccoli 6. Applegate Farms organic hot dogs 7. Local grass-fed beef 8. Coconut oil 9. Dark chocolate 10. Garlic-stuffed olives
-
I second Applegate organic hot dogs. They taste good and I eat them all the time.
-
I love me some kombucha! I've never seen it at Trader Joe's though.

I use Rise Protein Bar-Almond Honey. It only has three ingredients and has 20 grams of protein. A little high with carbs (20g), and sugar (13g), but I eat them rarely as a meal replacement on the run, or as dessert. I get them on Amazon.
-
My favorite are the garlic stuffed green ones....yum :)
