Please don't give up! You've already seen a difference in your measurements. Don't allow yourself to be a slave to the scale. A scale is just one tool in a weight loss journey and it is the worst tool in my opinion. Pay more attention to how your clothes fit and how you feel. I bet you feel better at the end of each day…
