Im a full time student, and work part time and volunteer 4hrs a week at my local hospital. What I've began doing yesterday is to go out for at least 30minutes and take a stroll with my toddler by the beach, she seems to enjoy it a lot. I'll be starting insanity workouts tomorrow. I don't even know yet how i'm gonna manage…

I haven't had that experience when I exercise, (maybe bcuz i haven't done any rough exercise lol) .. but i do recall feeling a burning sensation when i over stretch my lower abdomen a couple of months ago. I had c-section 20 months ago.

I just requested you, btw your baby is so cute!! I have a 20 month old baby girl and I'm returning to MFP and this time i'm determined to drop all my post pregnancy chubbiness a year and a half later lol =)

I'm actually going through it right now .. I'm lacking motivation... before getting pregnant I would run 3 miles plus I would do my insanity workouts I was seeing results !!
