Thanks for all the great ideas! They sound really good!! :D Didn't think I could actually use yogurt as a dip or seasoning but I really like the idea, with cucumber and dried herbs or with spice! Yummy! :)

Thanks everyone for the tips! I guess yogurt + berries is a winning combo then! :) Can't wait to try it! I've never tried oatmeal (I don't think people eat it a lot where I live, had never heard of it before) but if I can find some I'll try it too! And hopefully I'll get some calcium in! :D

I do that too!! xD Also, everytime I get back home, first thing I do is check the gas in the kitchen, and even though I can see it's off I always have thoughts for my neighboors when I turn on the first light (in case because of a possible gas problem my house would explode) lol.

I don't plan rest days. I workout every day if I can and my rest days happen if my body's really sore from my last workout but even those days I try to do a little something with the parts that are not aching. And if I don't have any then it's a proper full rest day and it probably happens once a week or once in two weeks.…
