On the slowing metabolism thing I think they say that because yoga is relaxing so with less adrenalin in the body everything is going to slow down a little. At first sight I don't see anything wrong with your diet and exercise, so I get why you can be frustrated when you don't see the results. Day 2 level 2 done! While I was doing level 1 I was thinking my thighs/butt didn't get to workout that much but it has all changed with level 2!! Feels good to be sore! :D

Level 1 day 10 complete!! It's amazing how I find it easy now when the first day I finished the workout feeling sick and dizzy! :D Happy to move on to level 2 (a bit scared too I must say haha)

Hi :) I'm 21 and 5ft 2.5in (1.60m) and weigh 60kg (132lbs). I'm doing the 30 Day Shred at the moment and appart from that it really depends on my mood, the weather, my time. I like to change my workouts so I don't get bored. Sometimes I'll go for the elliptical, sometimes dancing, or running or kickboxing. :)
