Take you own food to work that is less temptation,See if you can do more of the busy work like wiping tables cleaning bathrooms and floors and taking trash out.Less food prep

it is great you started back ,give your self credit for that. I'm not doing those work outs I have started yoga and am enjoying that.

i use brushing for my Autistc son,it is very calming.He can be very hyper and after brushing and eep pressure he calms right down
