So I made my activity level to very active and made my adjustments with the negatives and it fixed everything... I only have 235 extra from my day... I am a pe teacher and I am always on my feet and it was giving me in the 1000 so i would suggest that you take theses steps

I switch mine to very active and made my intake 1700 like it was before I will let you know if it helped

I guess its the satisfaction of seeing 0 at the end of the day and no with the adjustments I wont be seeing that... Is that what is going on with you guys?

Right! So my question is how do you guys estimate how maybe calories you can have... For example I have 1474 remaining Bc that's what it tracked all day ... My actual cardio was 340... Do you guys have it synced or do you manually add? Does that make sence?

I switched my life style to sedentary and it gave me 1500 cal per day and and with the adjustments with Fitbit it was closer to my goal of 1860 does that make sence to do that?

Hey guys! I just bought my first Fitbit! I have a question... I am a Phys Ed teacher so my normal activity for the day is usually pretty high. I have it synced to MFP and it say my calorie adjustment is 762 so far and its only 2:37 in the afternoon (New York) for example it says 1,820(goal) - 644(food)+ 762= 1938... I feel…
