Maybe if you're working out for an hour five days a week, but on your rest days you may need to eat a little less. I'm also 5'1 and I try to eat at least 1,300 calories every day but I always allow myself to go a little over on days that I exercise. I get really sick to my stomach if I eat too much.

Mushrooms really aren't that high in calories if you don't eat a lot. Maybe you should saute a little bit with garlic and onion. That's the way I eat mine! :)

I just eat the same way I've been eating when I was trying to lose weight, but I make my work outs harder. I do however work out only four or five days a week opposed to the six I was doing.
