Your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day so if 100 calories is your largest then you have an eating problem. You should be asking for something under 300 calories.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are 300 or less and my snacks are 250 or less. My protein shake doesn't count as a snack though, and that's around 150 calories.

I'd be pissed if someone had the money to spend that much on a meal and couldn't tip me. The only time I would consider not tipping is if the server didn't do a good job, but even then I would leave something just because it's the nice thing to do.

I think it is since you usually only add water to soup if needed. If eating tomato soup and you use milk instead of water it probably has more calories. So if you don't drink the broth you're probably consuming less calories.

I just recently became vegetarian so meat is completely out of the question. I get a pretty good amount of protein from oatmeal and bread which is why I usually have it for breakfast.

I think it's interesting how some people strive off low-carb and others fail. I only allow myself whole wheat pasta and brown rice every once in a while (though I had spaghetti two days in a row this week), and I eat at least one piece of whole wheat bread a day. Most of my carbs are from fruit though. :)

I usually eat about 185 - 220 carbs a day depending on whether I exercised or not. I understand that eating too many carbs can be bad, but I also think eating less than you should can also affect your health.
