I loooove my Kettlebell!!! I have the Firm Kettlebell workout and it has a 5lb kettlebell. It really gets your heart rate up and you sweat from head to toe. I have introduced it to a few of my friends and they are gonna get it for themselves too.

I have a food log and watching what I eat. I excercise at least 3 or 4 times a week-cardio, walking, pilates and I've just started Kettlebell workouts. My scale is possessed, it either says i've gained weight or lost less than nothing. Everyone says that I'm gaining muscle and losing inches but it's a pain to see that…
