MickeyD's, hands down! Best way to have a McD's french fry is hot and dunked in their Chocolate Shake. BTW - Since this MFP obviously only do this such that you do not destroy meeting your target. Life is about enjoying good things. Just do them in moderation.

I am jealous of those people that got to see you in that bikini because you are beautiful. However, not only your body is fabulous but your emotional strength to accomplish so much with the additional burden of being a single mom is remarkable. You are a role model and an inspiration to so many. Thank you for sharing.

Great thread. Here are a couple of "bad things": 1. Cannot sit in our kitchen's wooden chairs for very long anymore. Not enough padding in the lower area anymore. 2. Needed to buy and learn how to use a food scale. The $4.99 was not that tough but having to use all of my advanced education to learn how to read the amount…

Depends on your objectives and how you feel on a given day. If your objective is to lose weight as quickly as possible and you do not feel hungry on a given day then I would not. That has been my approach for the past year and have lost almost 80 lbs at a ~1.5lb a week rate. BTW - I, too, am almost 6'4" and started at…

I am 6ft 3inches (or 75 inches) so waist size should be 37.5 inches. Current waist size is 38.75 or 1.25inces over target waist size. For me this probably means I need to lose about 8.5 lbs more because so far I have lost 1 inch of waist size for every 6.75 lbs. This would put me right at 199-200lbs. Shazam!! this is my…

I, too, drink a fair bit of wine and have managed to lose a lot of weight. The key is to stay under your daily target. Use MFP to know if on any given day if you can afford to have that second (or first) glass. BTW - in some ways I have learned to enjoy wine more because i find myself having smaller amounts and enjoying…

Awe some and way to take the steady enduring method to losing weight. Congrats!!

So funny and I can relate. I had a serious case of Man boobs until I found MFP and now they are gone. Also, I used to have a "keg". Now that the keg is gone I am looking for the "six-pack". Congrats and thanks for sharing.

Congratulations!!
