Oh god...I totally do that. I did a run today, I wanted to do the 25 minute run again today adn it wasnt that great. I hurt my tailbone somehow yesterday and so every time i steped it started to hurt so I only did about 10 minutes of running and then about 20 minutes of walking. I am goint to have to do it again tomorrow if i can and get through it…

Ok....so I did W6D3 today. I ran the 25 minute run and only took one walking break for 60 seconds at the 10 minute mark becuase my calves were starting to cramp up so I streched them out but then I picked up the pace again! I feel so good now (except my legs are all sore now and I have to stand for 6 hrs at work lol)…

W6D2 was good. i ended up walking for 30 seconds a couple times but i just find it is a little too hard to run the whole time 10 minutes. i found exactally the same thing!!!! I say give it your best shot and looking ahead to week 6 its 10 minute runs wiht a 3 minute break so i am going to keep going with the program and work up to 25 minutes straight at the end of next week! I finished week 5 run 3 (the dreaded 20 minute run) and I did itwith only a few 30 to 60 second walks thrown in.
