I think if you're happy where you are and you don't continue to lose then do what works for you. If you continue o lose you may just have to find a way of increasing your calorie intake, even just by 100, to stabilise it :)

Hey, I'm Lorna and am currently maintaining weight but always looking for toning/strengthening challenges and my bingo wings could do with a bit more work. 69lbs lost. Wanting to blast belly fat and tone up :)

Good answer :)

Well I'm talking about the random comments. The ones when were not even discussing my weight/body/diet. But I get your point!!!

Good point! I've been slimmer than I am now and was never told I was too thin. I guess it's the comparison more than anything.

You're probably right......I think it's just I get more comments on my weight now than I did when I was obese...not just compliments (eg. Where have your boobs gone?). But maybe you're right. It's a compliment more than anything. I don't want to lose any more weight. I'd like to lose some belly fat but you can't target fat…

I must admit that now I'm maintaining I do more of a 2:3:2 - fasting at 500 calories for 2 days, sticking to a healthy 1500-1800 for 3 days and then totally relax on weekends (or whichever two days I may be going out etc). This has kept me between 142-145 for 4 months now. Sometimes I eat my exercise calories, sometimes I…

Exactly! Who cares about a 7lb gain when you drop a dress size, tone up and feel great :)

I've decreased my cardio a little and upped my strength training. 60min gym sessions have gone from a 600cal burn to about 350. But I'm under goal weight and feeling fab. Strength training burns…

Totally agree with this! I allow myself one day when although I track I don't care if I'm 100 or 1000 calories over. A night out with the girls or a meal out with hubby. I enjoy myself. Then the rest of the week I stick to my intake and exercise. Maybe just exercise that little harder if I've swayed more towards the…

This is certainly a popular topic and I can totally understand why. I reached my target weight (69lb loss) in May of this year, just before my final wedding dress fitting - phew! I found the thought of maintaining terrifying but once I got there I feel I'm dealing okay. I think the fact that during my journey I still drank…
