Hey babe- I take liquid B12 and D3. I get 75-85 protein grams daily which helps the metabolism. I am light on the soy (because GMOs) but I eat beans, nuts, daily. I go for 1200 calories daily.

This is actually really helpful. You ladies weigh about what I do and my same height. Yet Kgeyser is size 12 at 155 pounds and Stef at size 6 at 159. I am 157 and a size 10.
