Ok, so I joined MFP in January....logged in faithfully.....and lost 10 lbs....stopped logging in in February....and gained back the 10 lbs. + 1 more....a rough way to find out that the tools and support offered on this site REALLY WORK!!! I'M BACK FOR GOOD!!!

Another thing that helps is to stop eating late in the evening (which is one of the bad habits I'm working on). Hello. I'm new to this site. Found it by searching Google for an online calorie counter. It's a new year and I've decided it's time for a new me. My goal is to lose 77 pounds and to whip myself into shape once and for all. I've also got type 2 diabetes, and I hope that losing the weight will get me off my meds. Good luck…
