You want to loose 30 by summer! thats motivation right there.... Buy or get a picture of something you'd love to wear this summer and keep it in your view. I have my "skinny girl" dress hanging in the closet. Ive been working hard and each time i try it on it fits a little better.. Thats motivating me!!!!

Welcome... You will love this tool. It really makes a difference to calculate all your calories. As of the water, I like my water cold with a tiny bit of ice. So I put a couple bottles in the freezer until they get a little icy and put them in the fridge. This way when I grab one its ready to go and I can drink it easily.

Welcome! I love this site, I record everything I eat. I wont eat anything until i log it in and analyze the calories. I never realized how much mindless eating racks up the calories. Congrats on 6lbs already!!!!! :happy:

P90X! or a high cardio video. I have Mel B's (scary spice) total body workout and I was sweating. also cardio kickboxing is great

There's a few I like. Baby carrots, grapes. Also i eat pretzel sticks and drink alot of water in between bits. I get full quickly and feel satisfied. Rice Cakes as well.

If im on the GO subways a good choice. I dont like lunchmeat so I get the veggie delight no mayo with oregano, pepper and vinegar for flavor =)

Im making healthier choices, drinking ONLY water, chewing throughly, and eating a little slower at a table, no more eating in front of the TV.
