I work as a Pharmacy technician in the hospital, love my job and started working out at the gym. I want to lose 20 lbs and get my clothes down by 2 sizes.   • I like to tell them , "if I don't watch my weight, no one else will. Easier to keep up w/ it now." Of course, some will watch my weight and talk about it but they can not do anything about it.
