  • For the record: Muscle does not weigh more than fat. One pound of muscle and one pound of fat both weigh one pound. It's a density issue. One pound of muscle takes up less space than one pound of fat. Therefore, you should rely on inches lost and not the numbers on the scale.
  • If you feel up to it, I don't see a problem with doubling up. Just make sure you eat a few extra calories that day so you don't crash the next.
