I totally agree with this. You can find someone, work really hard on your relationship together and come to the conclusion that you both want to spend the rest of your lives with each other, but that by no means implies that this can only happen once in a lifetime.

I find that the biggest thing to overcome is just leaving to go to the gym; once you're there it's fine. But I guess that's kind of irrelevant if you think it's too far away to begin with. I'm by no means an expert, but it sounds like it'll only count as bulimia if you start taking way too many of those tablets (i.e. if you are going regularly, like everyday or couple of days or so, then you probably don't need to up your intake, whereas if you haven't been in like a week and a half it's probably reasonable…

Keeping a steady run for 30 minutes is really good :smile: I can do 2 miles in just over 20 minutes - I did 3.7 (6 km) in 37 minutes the other day which made me pretty pleased with myself :happy:

I made these this morning - except I didn't process the oats and I just used two small eggs, instead of 3 whites and a whole, and added some wheat bran and about 2 tablespoons of flour to get the right consistency - they tasted really good! :smile:

Just adding to the trend: I generally log everything I eat, and so that includes fruit and veges - I eat a lot of bananas and they're unfortunately pretty high in calories; often I have to think twice before grabbing a second banana coz I can't afford the calories :frown:
